STRETCH International is Africa's foremost entrepreneur and innovators development organization driven by a mission to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators with ideas, concepts, insights and skills needed to become global changemakers.

We are committed to bridging the entrepreneurial and innovation gap, equipping young people as global changemakers and solution providers, and driving economic growth through innovation and opportunity. We are a non-profit organization that is dedicated to empowering young people in Africa to become leaders in their communities and beyond. Our mission is to provide young people with the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to create sustainable solutions, foster innovation, and drive positive change in their societies.

STRETCH International was founded by Barrister Goodness Akinwole-Idowu to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators with ideas, concepts, insights, and skills needed to become global changemakers.

Goodness is an accomplished programs manager, nonprofit consultant, and social enterprise expert. With experience leading nonprofit strategy, programming, and growth, she previously served as Event Director for Nigeria at the Ladies of Liberty Alliance (LOLA), where she coordinated national-level initiatives for an international liberty-focused organization, She has also served as the Programs Director/ Project manager on different projects, partnering with organizations like ECOWAS youth council, IIUSA, amongst others. She also hosts an Annual conference for young christian entrepreneurs, reaching 1000+ entrepreneurs cummulatively. She is currently enrolled in the Nonprofit Leadership and Management program at Lagos Business School and is a proud Fellow of the Young Innovation Leaders (YIL) Fellowship. Driven by the vision to raise leaders and problem-solvers, her work is centered on empowering young people to address local and global challenges through innovation, enterprise, and purpose-driven leadership.

We are committed to bridging the gap between education, entrepreneurship, and innovation by providing opportunities that empower youths to thrive globally.

Through our innovative programs, we equip young people with knowledge, skills, mentorship, and continued support, ensuring they are prepared to lead, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to society. We also collaborate with industry partners to create pathways for employment, entrepreneurship, and professional growth.
