This is an innovative approach to raising young leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators to become global changemakers. This grassroot approach targets High school students between the ages 12-16 in their school senior year, to embark on a 39 weeks program educating them in 5 thematic areas which are:

The Nigerian educational system does not adequately prepare students to solve problems in their communities, does not provide knowledge that ensures economic independence, nor empower them with soft skills needed for the future of work.

Program Highlights

Target Audience

Our Audience comprises young adults in their senior year in private and public secondary schools across different states in Nigeria, and other developing countries across Africa, with an emphasis on students in underserved communities. Our beneficiaries are expected to be within the ages 12-16, in order to fit into the age appropriate curriculum developed for this purpose.

Key Activities

  • Weekly hands-on workshops on design thinking, business modeling, and entrepreneurship, leadership amongst others
  • Virtual Guest mentorship sessions with social enterprise founders
  • Group mentorship sessions
  • Social enterprise ideation day where students pitch their ideas individually or as a group
  • Peer to peer learning and group practicals
